Here are some answers to the questions that we get most often. If you don't see an answer to your query here, feel free to send an email to admin@pomegranate.org.nz and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!


We have gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian guests – can you accommodate this?

Yes. For the buffet meals we usually make a full regular menu and then add extra vege/vegan items so that most people get to eat most of the food, rather than creating special individual meals. Vegan, Vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free are easy to accommodate, others can be done but please add a note to the order and we will call to discuss.


What's the deal with deliveries?

We deliver within the Wellington CBD and suburbs, but not to Lower Hutt or Porirua. We can make deliveries up to 7pm, Mon-Sun.


I've placed an online order - is my order confirmed?

When you place your order online it is tentative – it is confirmed when we get back to you in one business day. We do this to make sure we have capacity in the kitchen on the day you have chosen!


How do I pay? Do I need to make a deposit? Can I pay by credit card?

We will send you an invoice the Monday after your event. There is no deposit needed for most orders. The invoice will include bank account details or a ‘pay now’ option for credit card.


Can I have flyers / napkins?

Yes – please tick a box or add as a note on the order form. For environmental reasons we don’t include napkins with every order – but are happy to include free of charge if requested.
