Interviewing cooks

Today Pomegranate Kitchen interviewed a number of potential cooks, and what a special bunch of people! Often these new Wellingtonians haven't had formal experience in a commercial kitchen, but when asked if they can cook for large groups will tell of cooking for weddings and other events of three hundred people or more. They will do some training with us but they have a lot to share with us too - pita bread, baklava and dolma were listed as some of their favourite items to cook. Watch this space - we can't wait to introduce them to you!
